After delivery, you have 30 days to consider your purchase at Skyggo.
If you are not satisfied within this period, you can return the product and receive a refund, provided it meets the conditions .

If the product shows signs of use or minor damage, a reduction in value of up to 30% may be applied.
In case of damage, missing parts, or incorrect installation, a refund may be refused.
The refund will be made after approval of the return and will only concern the purchase price of the product.
Shipping or collection charges are non-refundable unless required by law or in the event of a defect or incorrect delivery.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, even if the pergola has been fully installed and used. This only applies to standard catalog products and is subject to compliance with the return policy.
The 30-day period begins on the day of delivery to your home. This period includes the statutory right of withdrawal and constitutes a single, clear cooling-off period.
Custom-made or specially configured products, outlet items, sales, and promotions are excluded from returns. This is always clearly stated at the time of purchase.
The pergola must be complete, properly disassembled, and suitable for resale. Minor signs of wear and tear may result in a reduction in value of up to 30 percent. In the event of significant damage or missing parts, the right to a refund is void.

For non-defective products, return costs are the customer's responsibility. In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery, SKYGGO will handle the return at its own expense.
Yes. Upon request, Skyggo can arrange a pickup through our logistics partners. The costs for this will be deducted from your refund, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 21 days, using the same payment method as the original payment.
Yes, if it concerns individual products or accessories and they meet the return policy. The completeness and condition of the returned products remain decisive.
Please report any damage or defects as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, to support@skyggo.com, along with clear photos. We will assess your report and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
It's important to meet the agreed delivery date. If you're unable to make it, please notify the carrier beforehand. Missed deliveries may incur additional charges.
