What is the biggest difference between the GROVE, HAVN, and SKALA?
The main difference lies in the operation and robustness: the GROVE is manual, while the HAVN and SKALA are fully electric. Furthermore, the SKALA offers the largest span (up to 8 m) and the highest wind resistance (10 Bft).
Can I convert a manual model to electric later?
No, the GROVE is specifically designed for manual operation with a crank system. For electric convenience with remote control and app control on your smartphone, we recommend choosing the HAVN or SKALA.
Which model is most suitable for a very sunny or rainy spot?
All slats are waterproof. However, the SKALA is further reinforced with high-density slats and a heavier drainage system, making it the best choice for locations with high winds or heavy rainfall.
What about the lighting on the different models?
The GROVE comes standard without LEDs. The HAVN has ambient lighting around the frame, while the SKALA features luxurious Dual-Zone LED lighting in both the frame and the slats for maximum ambiance.
Which pergola can handle the most snow?
The SKALA is the absolute winner with a load capacity of up to 120 kg/m², which is twice as strong as the GROVE and HAVN which go up to 80 kg/m².

Can I install a Skyggo pergola myself?
Yes. All Skyggo pergolas are designed so that anyone can install them. The profiles are prefabricated, and the construction follows a clear, logical structure. You don't need to be a professional installer, but careful work and correct alignment are important for proper operation and drainage.
Is the installation difficult?
The installation is quite feasible , even without a technical background.
The difficulty varies slightly per model:
- COARSE (manual): average
- HAVN & SKALA (electric): average to slightly more extensive
Electric models require extra attention to alignment and connection, but no specialist knowledge is required.
How many people do I need for installation?
We recommend installing the pergola with at least two people. For larger or heavier models (such as the SKALA), a third person is strongly recommended.
How long does installation take?
On average you should count on
- GROVE & HAVN : approximately 3 to 5 hours
- SKALA : about 4 to 6 hours
The effective time depends on the size of the pergola, the preparation of the surface and the number of people.
On what surface can I place a pergola?
The pergola must be placed on a flat, stable and load-bearing surface, such as: concrete, tiles, foundation foot.
Correct anchoring according to the manual is essential for stability, safety and a long service life.
Is an installation manual included?
Yes. Every pergola comes with clear installation instructions. These instructions are also available digitally and can be viewed or downloaded online.
Can I have the installation done by Skyggo?
Yes. If you prefer to outsource installation, you can request the installation service during the ordering process. After you place your order, we will contact you and provide you with a separate quote.
Installation is carried out through our network of certified Skyggo technicians.

Yes. Even after purchase, you can contact us to inquire about installation by a Skyggo technician, depending on availability in your region.
Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If the product is in stock, we deliver within 10 to 14 business days on average. If it's not in stock, you can pre-order it. You'll receive an expected delivery date by email after placing your order. This is usually 12 to 14 weeks.
Can I order if a product is out of stock?
Yes. You can order a product with a 10% deposit. This way, you reserve your pergola and are guaranteed the next delivery.
Is everything delivered at once?
Yes. We won't ship your order until all parts are available, so everything is delivered together.
How does home delivery work?
After scheduling a delivery, your order will be delivered by truck equipped with a forklift. We'll deliver to your driveway or as close as possible to the installation site. Please ensure the unloading area is easily accessible and clear at the time of delivery.
Do I need to help with unloading?
No. The driver will place your order as close to your home as possible, in a location that is technically accessible. Please ensure there is sufficient space for a smooth delivery.
Do I need to help unload?
No, the driver will place your order as close to your pallet as possible, and where technically feasible. Please leave as much space as possible to facilitate delivery.
Will I be contacted in advance for delivery?
Yes. After processing your order, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
What if my location is difficult to reach?
If your home is inaccessible to a truck, we'll work with you to find an alternative delivery location. Please let us know in advance when scheduling your delivery date.
What should I do if there is damage or missing parts?
Check your delivery immediately. Note any damage or missing parts on the delivery note and report it to us the same day.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup is currently not possible. All deliveries are handled by our logistics partners.
Returns and Refunds
How returns work and what to expect with a refund.
Can I return my pergola after it has been installed?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, even if the pergola has been fully installed and used. This only applies to standard catalog products and is subject to compliance with the return policy.
When does the 30 day period start?
The 30-day period begins on the day of delivery to your home. This period includes the statutory right of withdrawal and constitutes a single, clear cooling-off period.
Which products cannot I return?
Custom-made or specially configured products, outlet items, sales, and promotions are excluded from returns. This is always clearly stated at the time of purchase.
What condition must my pergola be in to be eligible for a refund?
The pergola must be complete, properly disassembled, and suitable for resale. Minor signs of wear and tear may result in a reduction in value of up to 30 percent. In the event of significant damage or missing parts, the right to a refund is void.
How do I request a return?
Returns can only be requested via the official returns form on our website or by emailing support@skyggo.com. Always include your order number and, if requested, photos.
Who pays the costs for return transport?
For non-defective products, return costs are the customer's responsibility. In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery, SKYGGO will handle the return at its own expense.
Can Skyggo arrange the collection?
Yes. Upon request, Skyggo can arrange a pickup through our logistics partners. The costs for this will be deducted from your refund, unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 21 days, using the same payment method as the original payment.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, if it concerns individual products or accessories and they meet the return policy. The completeness and condition of the returned products remain decisive.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please report any damage or defects as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, to support@skyggo.com, along with clear photos. We will assess your report and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
What if I miss my delivery appointment or am absent?
It's important to meet the agreed delivery date. If you're unable to make it, please notify the carrier beforehand. Missed deliveries may incur additional charges.
Can I cancel my pre-order and get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after placing your order.
Is the satisfaction guarantee the same as the legal guarantee?
No. The satisfaction guarantee covers the right to return within 30 days. The product warranty covers manufacturing and material defects according to the warranty terms.

Warranty

When am I entitled to a warranty?
You are entitled to a warranty against manufacturing or material defects under normal use and correct installation in accordance with the manual.
What is not covered by the warranty
Damage due to incorrect installation, insufficient anchoring, extreme weather conditions, normal wear and tear or incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.
How do I file a warranty claim?
You can easily submit a claim using our online form. Attach clear photos or a short video so we can quickly assess your claim.
How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
After receiving your complete application, you will usually receive clear feedback about the next step within a few working days.
Do I need to have my pergola dismantled in the event of a warranty claim?
No. In most cases, photos or videos are sufficient. We will only contact you for further follow-up if necessary.
Is labor or installation also covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers parts and materials only.
Can I also be helped after my warranty period?
Yes. Even outside of the warranty period, we're happy to assist you and find a suitable solution through service or replacement parts.
