Refund policy
1. Scope
This refund policy applies to all purchases made via the SKYGGO webshop in Belgium and the Netherlands.
It forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, and Warranty Policy.
2. When are you entitled to a refund?
You are entitled to a refund in the following situations:
-
Return of a non-defective product within the applicable return period, provided the return conditions are met
-
Return or resolution in case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, in accordance with your statutory rights and our warranty procedure
-
Cancellation of an order prior to shipment, if still possible and confirmed by SKYGGO
-
Cancellation due to exceptional delays, as described in the return policy for custom-made or special products
3. Start of the refund period
Refunds will only be processed after:
-
the goods have been received by SKYGGO or our logistics partner
-
the goods have been inspected
-
the return has been definitively approved
The refund period of up to 21 days starts from the day the returned goods are physically received at the return location designated by SKYGGO and are ready for inspection.
4. Inspection and approval
Each return shipment is checked for:
-
completeness of parts and accessories
-
condition of the product and packaging
-
signs of incorrect assembly, misuse, or damage
-
suitability for resale
If, during inspection, damage, missing parts, or an unsuitable condition is identified, SKYGGO will notify the customer with a clear explanation and, where possible, supporting photos.
5. What will be refunded?
For an approved return of a non-defective product, the purchase price of the product will be refunded.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except when:
-
the product is defective
-
the product was delivered incorrectly
-
this is legally required
If a return is collected at the customer’s request by SKYGGO or a logistics partner, collection costs may be deducted from the refundable amount, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
6. Depreciation and non-refundable returns
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to products that remain suitable for resale after return.
In the event of light signs of use or minor damage, SKYGGO reserves the right to apply a depreciation of up to 30% of the original sales value.
Minor damage refers to damage that does not structurally affect the product and still allows resale as second-hand or outlet stock.
No refund possible
If the product is no longer saleable, no refund can be granted. This applies, among others (but not limited to), in the following cases:
-
severe scratches, dents, or deformations
-
bent or structurally damaged components
-
missing parts, fasteners, or accessories
-
damage caused by incorrect assembly, disassembly, or insufficient anchoring
-
damage caused by misuse, external impact, or weather conditions
-
products returned incorrectly or incompletely
In these cases, the satisfaction guarantee will be fully void and SKYGGO may refuse the refund.
The satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow the product to be tested, not to compensate for damage, installation errors, or negligent use.
The assessment of the product’s condition after receipt and inspection by SKYGGO or its logistics partner is decisive.
7. Refund method
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Defective or damaged products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, this must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery via support@skyggo.com, including clear photos or videos.
After assessment, SKYGGO will offer, in accordance with your statutory rights:
-
repair
-
replacement
-
or refund
If collection is required, it will be organised by SKYGGO at its own expense.
9. Pre-orders and cancellations
For pre-orders, refunds are only possible in accordance with the conditions stated on the product page and in the Terms & Conditions, unless legally required otherwise.
If an order is cancelled prior to shipment and confirmed by SKYGGO, the paid amount will be refunded.
10. When can a refund be refused?
SKYGGO may refuse a refund if:
-
the return conditions have not been complied with
-
the product is incomplete
-
the product is damaged due to incorrect assembly, use, or external factors
-
the customer fails to return the goods or make them available for collection as agreed
11. Consequential damages
SKYGGO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as missed installations, loss of income, or loss of time, except where legally required.
