Delivery in Belgium & the Netherlands
We deliver exclusively in Belgium and the Netherlands, via specialized carriers for large and heavy products.

In stock? Delivery usually within 10–14 business days . Out of stock and pre-ordered? We'll communicate the expected delivery date transparently by email.
Home delivery
Delivery by truck and mobile cage to the driveway or as close as possible to the installation site. The driver does not perform any assembly.
Large packages
Our products are delivered on pallets or in multiple packages. Please allow sufficient space for delivery.

Out of stock? You can still order and receive an estimated delivery time immediately. On average, approximately 14 weeks after ordering.
After your order, it will automatically be sent to our logistics partner.
Once everything is complete, they will prepare your delivery and contact you to agree on a delivery date.
Your order will be delivered as close as possible to the installation site, where the forklift truck can safely reach. Then it's up to you: invite some helpers, assemble it, and enjoy.
We currently deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands.
If the product is in stock, we deliver within 10 to 14 business days on average. If it's not in stock, you can pre-order it. You'll receive an expected delivery date by email after placing your order. This is usually 12 to 14 weeks.
Yes. You can order a product with a 10% deposit. This way, you reserve your pergola and are guaranteed the next delivery.
Yes. We won't ship your order until all parts are available, so everything is delivered together.
After scheduling a delivery, your order will be delivered by truck equipped with a forklift. We'll deliver to your driveway or as close as possible to the installation site. Please ensure the unloading area is easily accessible and clear at the time of delivery.
No. The driver will place your order as close to your home as possible, in a location that is technically accessible. Please ensure there is sufficient space for a smooth delivery.
No, the driver will place your order as close to your pallet as possible, and where technically feasible. Please leave as much space as possible to facilitate delivery.
Yes. After processing your order, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
If your home is inaccessible to a truck, we'll work with you to find an alternative delivery location. Please let us know in advance when scheduling your delivery date.
Your order may consist of multiple packages or pallets, depending on the model and dimensions.
Check your delivery immediately. Note any damage or missing parts on the delivery note and report it to us the same day.
Pickup is currently not possible. All deliveries are handled by our logistics partners.
