Shipping policy
This shipping and delivery policy applies to all orders placed via skyggo.com.
1. Delivery Area
SKYGGO currently delivers within Belgium and the Netherlands.
2. Shipping Costs
Orders from €1,000 are delivered free of charge.
For orders under €1,000, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
The delivery time displayed on the product page is an indicative estimate and may vary due to production, stock availability, transport, or scheduling.
If a product is not in stock, delivery may take several weeks. In such cases, we will communicate the expected delivery date in a timely manner via email.
4. Delivery by Appointment
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be contacted by our carrier or logistics partner to schedule a delivery date.
This partner contacts you on behalf of SKYGGO and delivers in accordance with our procedures.
5. Presence at Delivery
The customer or a representative must be present at the time of delivery to receive the goods.
If no one is present at the agreed time:

the delivery will be considered unsuccessful
-
a fee of €250 will be charged for the missed delivery
A new delivery will only be scheduled once this fee has been paid.
6. Delivery Method and Drop-Off Location
Pergolas and large accessories are delivered by truck equipped with a mounted forklift (moffett) or forklift.
Delivery is carried out by one person.
Delivery takes place up to the driveway or as close as possible to the installation location:

only if the driver considers the location safe and technically accessible
-
the driver does not place goods inside and does not perform installation or further movement beyond the drop-off point
7. Accessibility of the Delivery Location
The customer is responsible for correctly informing SKYGGO in advance whether the delivery location is easily accessible.
This includes, among others:

narrow streets
-
low clearances
-
slopes
-
road works
-
limited turning radius
-
parking restrictions
-
dead-end streets
-
other obstacles
If upon arrival delivery proves impossible due to circumstances that were not communicated or were incompletely communicated, additional costs may be charged, including (but not limited to):
-
redelivery
-
detours
-
waiting time
-
additional handling
If necessary, an alternative drop-off location will be determined in consultation.
8. Providing Clear Space
The customer must ensure sufficient clear space on the street or driveway to allow the truck and mounted forklift to unload safely.
If delivery cannot proceed or is delayed for this reason, waiting time or redelivery costs may be charged.
9. Packages and Partial Deliveries
An order may consist of multiple boxes or pallets.
In some cases, an order may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on stock availability and transport planning.
10. Inspection Upon Receipt
The goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Damage, missing parts, or visible defects must be noted on the delivery note

They must also be reported the same day via support@skyggo.com, including photos
Reports made after this period may complicate or limit further processing.
11. Storage and Handling After Delivery
After delivery, the customer is responsible for safely storing the goods until installation.
SKYGGO is not liable for damage after delivery caused by:

improper storage
-
unprotected placement
-
moisture
-
impact
-
theft
12. Liability and Consequential Damages
SKYGGO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to delivery, such as:

missed appointments
-
loss of income
-
loss of time
Except where legally required.
