HAVN is designed for smooth and logical installation, with a finish that retains a custom feel. All profiles are prefabricated, and the assembly follows a clear structure. Accurate work and correct alignment are essential for optimal operation of the motorized louvers and water drainage. The pergola must be placed on a flat, stable surface and securely anchored according to the instructions.

Maintenance
HAVN requires little maintenance, but regular inspections extend its lifespan and keep everything running smoothly.
Cleaning
Clean the aluminum frame and slats with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.
Slats
Check occasionally that the slats move smoothly and are free of dirt or leaves.
Water drainage
Keep gutters and drain holes clear so that rainwater can drain properly.
Weather conditions
In strong winds, open the louvers fully. This prevents unnecessary stress on the structure.
Long-term non-use
Before storing the pergola for an extended period, make sure everything is clean and dry.

Delivery time
The average delivery time is 10 to 14 business days when the product is in stock. For products that are out of stock or pre-ordered, the expected delivery date will be communicated by email. In that case, the delivery time may be up to several weeks, depending on production and transport. If the communicated delivery time changes significantly, we will inform you in a timely manner.
Delivery cost
Shipping is free on orders over €1000. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Appointment delivery
After processing your order, the carrier will contact you to agree on a delivery date.
Delivery method
Your order will be delivered by a truck equipped with a forklift. Delivery will be made to your driveway or, if technically feasible, as close as possible to the installation site. The driver will not place the goods or perform any assembly.
Accessibility
If the delivery location is not accessible to a truck, an alternative unloading location will be determined in consultation.
Please state this clearly when agreeing the delivery date with the carrier.
Preparation upon delivery
Ensure there is an easily accessible unloading area and sufficient space to unload the goods safely. The customer or a representative must be present at the time of delivery.
Check upon receipt
Check the goods immediately upon delivery. Any damage or missing parts must be noted on the delivery note and reported the same day.

Wat maakt HAVN anders dan andere elektrische pergola’s
Veel elektrische pergola’s focussen vooral op motorisering, maar besparen op constructie en afwerking. HAVN combineert stille elektrische bediening met een massieve aluminium structuur en dubbelwandige lamellen. Het resultaat is niet alleen comfort, maar ook stabiliteit, een strak design en duurzaamheid die je ziet en voelt. HAVN is geen gadget, maar een volwaardige buitenruimte.
Zijn de lamellen van HAVN waterdicht
Ja. De lamellen van HAVN zijn voorzien van een geïntegreerde rubberen afdichting. In gesloten stand sluiten ze nauwkeurig op elkaar aan en vormen ze een waterdicht dak. Regenwater wordt gecontroleerd afgevoerd via het interne afvoersysteem in het frame en de staanders. Bij hevige wind kan beperkte inwaai optreden, zoals bij elke lamellenpergola.
Hoe bedien ik de lamellen en verlichting van HAVN
HAVN wordt elektrisch bediend via afstandsbediening en app. Met één druk op de knop kantel je de lamellen traploos tot de gewenste stand. De geïntegreerde LED verlichting is warm wit en dimbaar, zodat je eenvoudig schakelt tussen functioneel licht en sfeer.
Is HAVN geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik
Ja. HAVN is ontworpen voor dagelijks gebruik. De motor, lamellen en constructie zijn afgestemd op langdurige blootstelling aan weer en wind in het Belgische en Nederlandse klimaat. Alles is gebouwd om betrouwbaar te blijven functioneren, ook na jaren gebruik.
Hoe onderhoud ik de HAVN pergola
HAVN vraagt weinig onderhoud. Reinig het aluminium frame, de lamellen en de LED zones met lauw water en een zachte doek. Gebruik geen schurende of agressieve reinigingsmiddelen. Hou de goten en afvoeropeningen vrij en controleer af en toe of de lamellen vrij bewegen. Bij sterke wind zet je de lamellen volledig open.
Hoe handig moet ik zijn om HAVN te installeren
HAVN kan geplaatst worden door handige doe het zelvers, maar vereist iets meer nauwkeurigheid door de elektrische componenten. De montage gebeurt best met twee tot drie personen en neemt gemiddeld drie tot vijf uur in beslag. Correcte uitlijning en verankering zijn essentieel voor een vlotte werking van lamellen, motor en waterafvoer.
Kan HAVN ook professioneel geplaatst worden
Ja. Wie de installatie liever uitbesteedt, kan tijdens het bestellen de montageservice toevoegen. Na je bestelling nemen wij contact op en ontvang je een aparte offerte. De plaatsing gebeurt via ons netwerk van gecertificeerde Skyggo monteurs.
Welke voorbereiding moet ik treffen?
Voorzie een vlakke en stabiele ondergrond, zoals beton of degelijk metselwerk, waarop de pergola correct kan worden verankerd. Zorg dat de losplaats goed bereikbaar is voor levering.
Heb ik een vergunning nodig
In België mag je in veel gevallen tot 40 m² bijbouwen zonder vergunning, maar dit verschilt per gemeente. In Nederland gelden andere regels afhankelijk van locatie en situatie. Controleer daarom altijd de lokale voorschriften bij je gemeente vóór plaatsing.
